Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 35% fee of the scheduled service.
Deposits are non-refundable and are only transferable when proper notice (48 hours) is given to reschedule.
Late Arrival Policy: A 15-minute grace period will be provided. Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may require the appointment to be rescheduled and will be subject to the cancellation policy.
